In order to provide this service to you, Abrantix collects personal data about you. Abrantix processes your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as amended from time to time. Abrantix collects personal data that you voluntarily provide to Abrantix, for example, when you (i) communicate with us via email or other channels, (ii) sign up or ask Abrantix to sign up for newsletters or other (marketing) materials, and (iii) register for an event. In some cases, your personal data has been supplemented with information from other sources, including searches via publicly available search engines, industry-specific newsletters, social media and your employer's website.  

Use and Processing of Personal Data

Abrantix uses the personal information we collect for communication purposes, including: (i) to send you newsletters and other information about Abrantix and its products; (ii) to send you invitations to events, training sessions, conferences and presentations; and (iii) to maintain our contact list. Abrantix does not share your personal information with third parties. 

Abrantix processes personal data for communication purposes. We base this on our legitimate interests in maintaining business relationships and communicating with you as a business contact about Abrantix activities and events. We consider that our legitimate interests are in line with the Regulation and your legal rights and freedoms. 

You acknowledge that film and photo recordings will be made at Abrantix events (e.g. Payment Arena). By registering to participate, you expressly consent to the recordings and waive any personal rights, copyrights or other rights.

The names, images, logos and pictures identifying Abrantix's services are proprietary marks of Abrantix and/or its affiliates. Reference in this Site to any information, content, goods, products, processes or services of any third party by trade name, trademark, manufacturer or otherwise does not necessarily constitute or imply its endorsement, approval, recommendation or affiliation by Abrantix.

Amendments to These Terms and Conditions

Abrantix may change these Terms at any time. Such changes will become binding on you upon your first use of this website after the changes have been implemented. You are therefore advised to check this website from time to time.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law (to the exclusion of Swiss private international law and international treaties, in particular the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980). 

The competent courts at the registered office of Abrantix shall have jurisdiction over all disputes in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
