Together with Migrol AG and availabill, we developed and launched a modern private label payment solution now available across Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivering this within the timeframe was demanding. That it worked comes down to a partnership where everyone pulled in the same direction from day one.
The roles are clear: availabill, as Migrolcard Center, handles issuing services, card management, master data, and customer service. Abrantix operates the acquiring processing platform. It authorises and processes transactions, manages merchant and location structures, and handles settlement and billing. In short: it is the technical foundation on which the Migrolcard runs.
The platform was designed specifically for complex mobility and petrol station environments, with capabilities such as split settlement, VAT processing, hierarchical merchant structures, and flexible integrations. These are not peripheral features but core requirements in this environment, and that is exactly what the platform was built for. The Migrolcard stands as a prime example of our vision for a modular payment infrastructure for private label schemes, covering acceptance, acquiring processing, and EMV issuing.
What this project demonstrates beyond the technical: specialisation pays off. Migrol knows its market and its customers. availabill masters the issuing business. Abrantix delivers the infrastructure. Together, this creates a solution none of the three parties could have built alone. That is what genuine partnership in the payment ecosystem looks like.
Thank you to everyone involved for the outstanding collaboration. We look forward to the next steps together.
